The Beachwood/Lenstock Maintenance District was established in the Town of Stockbridge on August 10, 2022, pursuant to Chapter 167 of the Acts of 2022.
Overview The district was created to provide for the maintenance of certain private roads and ways within the district and to maintain, operate, and acquire certain common properties associated with the district, including the beach and swimming area.
