This is a part time Board that oversees Bidwell Park, Averic Park, Park Street and the Town Beach. 

 
Kayak Slot Applications are now closed.
Lottery will take place the week of the 13th now.

Important Notice:
To prevent zebra mussel contamination, ONLY inspected and cleaned canoes and kayaks stored at the town beach by permit can be launched from the beach. All other boats, paddle boards, kayaks, blow up paddle boards and canoes must be inspected and launched at the public access boat ramp off of route 183. Per state law, violators may be subject to fines from the Massachusetts Environmental Police.

 

Any kayaks, canoes or paddle boards that are left on the ground at the Town Beach will be removed. 

If they are locked, the lockes will be cut and removed. 

Only registered boats are allowed to be stored at the town beach after being inspected by the boat washing monitor.
